The Fat Man Better Come Through!

Wyatt has been DEAD SET on what he wants (no, EXPECTS) from Santa for Christmas. He remarked this morning… mom, I’m going to drive my car to work too. He references said ‘car’ daily, and at this point, I don’t think the kid can fathom what it would be like to wake up on Christmas morning and NOT see his shiny black Cadillac Escalade parked in front of our Christmas Tree.

So…. Like I said.. THE FAT MAN BETTER COME THROUGH!

My parents always did us right on Christmas morning. We KNEW Santa had to be real because there was just NO WAY my parents could afford the stuff we found under our tree! It was truly a joyous occasion for us! 6 kids, a teacher’s salary, home made clothes. The one thing we always had was Christmas morning and our present from Santa! So… in the spirit of that tradition and those fond memories I have from my childhood… I sure hope Santa finds it in his heart (and pocketbook) to spring for an Escalade for my little dude. (Although, research shows that a Hummer might actually be about 75 bucks cheaper and I’m sure he’d be none the wiser!)

A little birdie told me Santa was bringing Chase a “Flintstone Version” of Wyatt’s Ideal Gift. Apparently he picked it up on a Clearance at WalMart because the box was damaged! LOL

That is so fun! My kids can never think of something specific to ask for. And when they do it is like a $4.00 guy or something. I guess I should be grateful. They just don't ask for stuff. Well, they do, but only every day BESIDES Christmas.

ROFL NICOLE!!!! You are a brat! And Lins....BE THANKFUL! I tell ya, by next year, he'll be expecting a Wii or an XBox PLUS a QUAD! At first, he was asking me for - A quad for mom, a quad for Chase and a Quad for Wyatt. At least he was thinking of ALL of us, and not just looking out for number one! lol

Wyatt has some expensive tastes... an Escalade?! You're in trouble when he turns 16 :)

Insert something clever here.
