Wyatt and Chase were able to go up fishing with their dad overnight. Gave me about a 24 hour break (which I'll take)! However, these fishing trips seem to be more hassle for me than anyone!! I'd probably have been a bit more understanding, but the maid had just come yesterday and what did Wyatt try to do?? Yep, drag a drippy, sicky, nasty fish into my clean house! GROSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

So not interested in that. Then, as their dad is leaving (he was kind enough to 'clean the fish' for Wyatt) (Wait, why does the fish get to stay at MY house???) and is seriously dripping FISH GUTS across my floor!? WHAT THE CRAP? So nasty.
This is the dirty mess that is my boys when they return from fishing. And who is the lucky one that gets to clean them, their clothes (yes, they even BARFED on them), and now my floor that USED to be clean less than 24 hours ago?? You guessed it folks. :) The life of a mommy.

This is just one Freakin DIRTY kid!

Oh yeah, and don't even ASK about that nerdy hat Wyatt is wearing. He found it somewhere and has adopted it as his own! Nevermind the stinking CUTE and EXPENSIVE fishing hats I bought for them both that are now collecting dust in the garage somewhere. So much for me trying to have a fashion influence! I quit!

So fun! I am so glad that Wyatt finally got to "pishing" with his dad!
Yeah I agree with Marni....fishing with dads is one of the most important things boys can do. Gotta love the fish guts!!
Hey, he found that hat at my house. Although I confess I am not sure where it came from. It just "appeared" one day.
So glad my kids don't fish.
Eww... I am glad Ryan doesn't fish because then he would have to bring fish home and I would have to do what to it? Throw it away and cook the already gutted storebought fish. The fish are icky, but the boys? So cute.
