School days..... ah, the memories.

So, Wyatt started Preschool this past September when he turned 4. Perhaps he should have gotten a better head start than that, but let's face it, I'm not winning any "Mother of the Year" contests. Hopefully he'll learn a lot this year and then starts Pre-K in 2009.

Anyway... tonight, I overheard him saying the Pledge of Allegiance. I was so pround (and a bit shocked!), but then I listened closer...and realized we still have a long way to go... But it's a start right?? His version goes something like this:

I pudge allegiance into the flag. In the Knighted States of America. Into the puzzle and to the puzzle. One nation, under God. Invisible.... (it starts to trail off after that. ) Not too bad though, all things considered! haha

Now, I guess the big challenge is getting him to learn it RIGHT, before they ban it entirely in the United States....
